The 2012 13th National Postal Bible Quiz

The purpose of the quiz is to motivate young people to read God's word and inculcate in them the habit of da daily Quiet Time with God. A CF/YF that builds its values around God's word will result in a generation of disciples that will build a strong church in Malaysia.

Scripture Union runs this quiz (usually in April or May) under the sponsorship of the Malayan Christian Schools' Council (MCSC). The registration forms (click here to view or download) which are sent to all centres include the Bible texts (chapters in Genesis and either Luke or Acts) on which the quiz is based. Upon registration, the quiz coordinator has to inform the YF/CF of the Bible texts they have to study and monitor their progress as the quiz approaches. The Good News translation is preferred as that is used in the SPM Bible Knowledge paper. (It is our hope that those who participate in the quiz will be inspired to sit for the SPM Bible Knowledge paper.) There are 2 sections to the quiz 'Fill-in-the-blanks' and 'Objective' and is offered in English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil. All participants who score more than 40% are issued certifictes.
